Tye and Rhett showed up on time and had already arranged for the many utility location services which started their work about a half hour after Mainstream arrived. The excavation was performed in a minimal area to enable access to the separated sewer line. The repair was performed and the pre-arranged city inspector arrived about 2 hours later and approved the repair. Mainstream backfilled the excavation and did a good job of cleaning up the area. I couldn't ask for a better job. I highly recommend Mainstream. Mainstream's response was timely and quickly solved our immediate problem (clogged sewer line) and were able to determine the cause (broken pipe). I highly recommend Mainstream.

Zach got here right on time for an inspection/diagnostic/maintenance evaluation of our furnace, heat pump, and ducting. He was well dressed and professional -- and also quite pleasant, and our cat liked him -- and gave the systems a thorough going-over. The resulting report was clear and concise, and he presented three potential remediation options. We're very happy with Mainstream so far and have booked them to come back to clean the ducts and systems.
