We’ve been Mainstream customers since shortly after buying our home, and they’ve consistently provided great service. Over the years, they’ve helped us replace our 20+ year-old AC condenser, troubleshoot HVAC issues, and handle routine maintenance.

Today, Tyler came out for our plumbing maintenance visit and explained that our water heater was at the end of its life. He walked us through several options, answered all of our questions, and was able to replace the water heater the same day. He also fixed a few other plumbing issues while he was here.

Tyler was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Our toddler was convinced he was there for playtime too and kept him on his toes with a few surprise ball tosses, thanks Tyler!
