Pierce Fleming is awesome! He came out and investigated our problem and found solutions and even arranged for another crew to come out the following day and fix our broken pipe under the house. He definitely goes well beyond for customers.

Pierce was exceptional. He made an inspection and determined that plumbing was not my issue. He then proceeded to call a restoration specialist and they agreed to come out and make assessments. Really appreciated his honesty and willingness to solve my problem even though that did not include him. No charge against me this time but I will definitely call him next time.

Yesterday we called because of a blockage in a drain pipe. Pierce came out and not only removed the blockage but was able to find out why there was a blockage. He was fantastic to deal with, extremely personable, knowledgeable and professional. He's are go to guy for any time we have a blockage problem. He explained everything and got us set up for the problem to be fixed today. Jack came out this morning to fix the pipe. He was fantastic. Got everything fixed and even checked to see if I needed anything else before leaving. We now have a mainstream membership. These two men have sold us on using this company for all things plumbing, heating and air-conditioning. Worth every penny.

Nolan was awesome

Josh had some challenges/difficulties in installing our new tank, at first. But, Josh's experience got him through it! Josh is professional, pleasant, and cares a lot about his job. Josh even interacted with our wild turkeys up here! {ha ha}. He was hilarious!

Steve did a wonderful job with my bathroom plumbing. Knowledgeable and friendly.

His work was very good and he cleaned up very well when he was finished. I am very pleased with his work and will be requesting Taylor for any future work that may need to be done.

They came to the house to completely improve plumbing in my daughter’s house. They were very friendly, easy to ask questions and have them answered. They were there well past the 8-hour mark. Never complained or grumbled. Friendly to the very end. When they were done installing new pipes, took the time to explain to my daughter where shutoff valves were. Let us know about problems they found (tub with no flooring under part of it, soft bowed flooring in laundry area due to water leaks, possibly overflow). I would definitely hire again if we needed a plumber!

Anthony our HVAC Tech was, polite, and quite knowledgeable, and he did a great job checking all of our equipment out. We discovered a potential problem and scheduled some future maintenance to take care of it. So all went well, we are thankful, and we will use Mainstream once again.
