My outside outlets and the outside wall outlets in two basement rooms lost power. I pulled all the outlets, did a continuity check on them all and line traced with a toner. I imagined the worst. I never suspected there was a GFCI outlet in the mechanical room. Sam IS the man! The waiting for a call all day instead of an appointment however...

I would definitely recommend Mainstream Electric. Today they our furnace and heat pump to make certain they were running well. We purchased both in the summer of 2022 and part of their service is to regularly check our furnace.

Excellent service. Their tech, Brandt Starosta, understood about cost, gave me 3 quotes so I could pick the one that was best for me. Was polite, courteous and professional.

Sam came out to look at 3 plugs that stopped working, not only did he find the problem in minutes but had it fixed. This was only supposed to be to find out what was wrong and he had it fixed in a half hour. Zach came out to tune up our furnace and make sure everything was OK, he got everything done and made a couple suggestions, when we had questions he sat down and patiently explained what was needed and even got on the phone to the office and helped us line everything up, great job both of you. On top of everything going on our 4 month old puppy tried to "help" them with the job, they where very patient and kind to him, I think he wanted to go home with Sam. You guys are awesome!!

Sam understood what we wanted and described what needed to done. He went through the costs very carefully. He explained the advantages of the $99 plan.

Like to give Nicholas reed 5 stars very down to earth and honest I appreciate that also the young man that came to service my hot water tank give him 5 stars also even though the price almost gave me a heart attack but he was a cool cat y’all take care and let me know if any sales on hot water units please let me know I could use a break.
