I had an emergency electrical problem with half my home without power. I scheduled the appt late night/early morning. I received confirmation and a phone call in the morning. Technician Sam arrived at the designated time. He was clean cut and professional as I explained the situation. As he began to diagnose the problem, he took a systematic approach testing the circuit. Upon finding the issue, a bad switch, he explained my options clearly. I went with his recommendation and had him replace the bad switch. All was fixed. The entire interaction with Sam was pleasant, clearly insightful, professional, and as someone who knows little about electrical work, he was my hero and I’m truly grateful for the prompt and courteous service he provided.

First let me say I called 2 other companies left both a couple messages,(machines😞)waited 2 days no call back. Also if you live out of the downtown area of Spokane most services charge at least a $50 service fee.The gentleman (Ricky)that came to do my main line was very professional and knowledgeable. They are also reasonably priced and have a yearly service program.👍👍

Mainstream worked around my very busy schedule, Joseph came out to inspect my hvac, crawled right underneath my house with no complaints, he was very fast and thorough and after he explained what was wrong, he also took some time to explain to me what types of options I had for getting AC installed, very knowledgeable guy will definitely use mainstream again!

Jack, Brent and Paul all did a very excellent job for me.

My water heater stopped working. One phone call to mainstream and my problem was solved. Jack and Paul installed my new water heater in record time. The whole process was painless , quick and very professional.
