We had them come out for a yearly maintenance on our water heater. They were thorough and gave good recommendations for continued maintenance and use. We also had them install a new furnace and air conditioning unit. They were very quick and efficient. All the crew members were courteous and respectful of our home. I am very happy to recommend them to others.

Joe came out on 1st appointment and diagnosed the problem right away. (Furnace motor) ordered it and was out in two days and installed. Professional, on time, great work!

I'm not going to lie, it took awhile for the shock to wear off after we got our quote, but thanks to Steve, who was ever so kind to help thoroughly explain how a few years of neglected maintenance can cause such issues to my very short fused senior mother. Not only that but while electronically signing some paperwork, he also assisted my sister with starting her car after leaving her lights on all night. Both employees who came by to perform the work the next day were on time, easy to get along with and well mannered considering what I can only imagine as being some very frustrating issues to take care of. An even though the original price seemed a little high to me, mainstream is a flat rate company so no matter how hard the job that price didn't budge a bit. They were here for well over what would be considered a full work day and so far (2days later) we have had zero issues with their work. I look forward to seeing mainstream again as their services also include a year of monthly maintenance checkups. Thanks again to Steve, we appreciate the honesty and genuine care for my mother's home and so does she. These guys are great if your looking for hackless, done right the first time kind of service thats worth ever penny.

Zach was above and beyond helpful. The happy service and friendly personality towards my family and pets was greatly appreciated. He even helped me figure out how to program my thermostat with a timer. Even my husband couldn't do that lol. Thank you so much, Zach!

Zach was terrific! He’s been to our house before so he already knew what he was looking at. Not only did he get our heat back on, he told me how to prevent the issue from happening again, and put me on the right track for the right kind of air filters and ways to maximize airflow in the house. Mainstream has always been wonderful for our family and Zach is keeping that great tradition going!

I would like to thank Hunter and Jack for the wonderful job that they completed on the two homes that I requested help on. They worked on all the water pipes as well as some electrical issues.

These guys were at my house within two hours after I called. Ran their power snake thru close to 100' of sewer line and thought that the pipe was damaged by the way the snake went in, and wanted to get his boss here with a pipe camera. I said sure and no more than 15 min.later he was pushing a camera thru while we could see what the pipe actually looks like inside. All said and done he went over the options with me, I payed the bill 79.95 + tax or close. Ya I would recommend this Co.

The crew at Mainstream did an excellent job of removing my old and installing my new furnace and air conditioner. They were punctual and knowledgeable in explaining everything that they did.

Mainstream plumbing saved the day for us when they sent out their journeyman plumber Brant Starosta . Brant was punctual, professional, and extremely clear about the repairs we needed and the amount those repairs were going to cost us . I will definitely call them again for any plumbing repairs we may need in the future .
