I've got a work crew replacing the siding and they couldn't get passed the Heat Pump mounted to my house so, Mainstream came out and took the pump down and removed the routing tube for the pipes until the siding crew is done doing their thing.

Steve my service person was able to help me with my plumbing issues. He has superior service skills.

This was the first time I have used Mainstream. Taylor was very respectful of my home. He explained what was going on plus gave me information about what to expect in the future. I have some other things I want to do and plan on calling Mainstream again.

Shane and Paul had to replace our kitchen faucet. They put in a very nice faucet and did a great job. They were friendly and knowledgeable. It was a great experience and would highly recommend Mainstream.

I have had folks from Mainstream out 3 times now. The first time they installed a new thermostat on my heating/air system. The second time one of their guys fixed my thermostat when it wasn't working (Literally just had to flip the breaker switch back on. There was nothing wrong with the original install.) I don't remember the names of the guys from the first two visits. Today, I had Taylor, Dan and Andrew here because water had leaked from the ceiling of my basement onto my circuit breaker box, and my water heater stopped working. Taylor identified the issue and took care of the source of the leak, then Dan and Andrew replaced the breaker for the water heater. Everything is working great again. Everyone I've dealt with from Mainstream has been informative and more than fair about pricing. Would recommend them to anyone. 2/1/24: My last review was a few months ago. Taylor was here again today to replace a broken pipe that was leaking water in my basement. He was understanding that I couldn't have the work done the same day he gave me the estimate, and came back today to do the work. And water is working great again. Thank you Taylor!

Team did a great job. Quick and efficient

If it wasn't for Kenny we would have been out of heat for over a month! My mom turns 96 tomorrow and she could have never survived it! Parts were way back ordered but he was able to do something to keep our furnace running during all this time. I would recommend Mainstream above and beyond ANY other heating and air conditioning service! 5 stars go out to him and Mainstream! Ty

I really needed a quick fix, Brandon and Taylor showed up within 30 minutes, it took some diagnosing but they figured it out and got everything back to normal, they did an amazing job. Highly recommend them!
