The Tech Joe called first, showed up on time and was he was awesome. He fixed our furnace quickly and explained it clearly. It was a simple problem with drain hose being to long and improperly routed. Thank You Joe! Thank You Mainstream!

Sam was awesome. I was impressed starting from the person who set my appointment. Then I got a follow up to insure we were on schedule. Lastly the electrician shows up puts on his little booties so not make a mess. He was extremely professional and even took a look at something else. The shock came when I showed my wife the bill. Her response " that's all? They are now on my contacts list on my phone. They have a return customer.

Steve was absolutely incredible to us! I recently had major surgery and a divorce. I felt horrible about the mess my ex husband left and of course I was unable to clean up due to being incapacitated. He was so kind, non judgmental and clearly explained everything! So professional and supportive and knowledgeable about my broken pipe and explained options clearly.
