Brent, Jack, and Kieran were awesome! My plumbing issue was diagnosed and fixed all in the same day. While they were here, my water softener also started leaking ( my house has 37 yr old plumbing)! Jack and Kieran took care of the small flood, gave me estimates on a new one, and removed old one without extra charge. What a relief! A super stressful situation was resolved immediately. Jack also gave great advice on how to prevent frozen pipes while out of town during sub zero weather. It worked!!! I highly recommend them!

Mainstream has done a lot of work on our 127-year-old home. They put all new electrical and re-plumbed the basement. Today Taylor Baker helped us with screaming pipes in the master bathroom. If you've ever had this problem, you know how annoying it is. He had the problem fixed in no time and left the bath spotless. Thanks Taylor for a job well done!!

Water heater went out amid cold snap, and I had a new one installed within 24 hours of my initial call. Great service overall and every person I interacted with during the process was kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. Not the cheapest around, but you certainly get what you pay for.

Outstanding and professional

I have used Mainstream in the past for a drain issue. This service on my HVAC system was prompt, professional and timely. Joe did a fantastic job identifying things I don’t have the ability to do and we are now ready for the extremely low temperatures we will have the end of this week.
