Very disappointed in scheduling response. Took multiple calls and sending a complaint on the web site to have someone contact me. Same thing happened 3 weeks ago . I have received apologies and am pleased with that but not recommending Mainstream any more. Thank you.

The faucet on our bathtub wouldn’t turn off so water was just gushing out. I googled plumbers near me and Mainstream was the first name on the list that was open at 8:00 am. Called and someone was out that morning. For the water shut off and promised to be back in 3 days to fis it. Also checked hoses under the sinks etc and our water heater. In 3days Ryan and Josh were at our house to repair (not replace) the faucet, reinstall a leaky shower head and replace hoses under one sink. They also replaced our water e heater. Very courteous and professional. I highly recommend Ryan and Josh.

Daniel and Patrick are my HEROES!!! After the neighborhood transformer blew, my home had spotty power. The guys were dispatched less than 24 hours later and thoroughly inspected the breaker box. They tested outlets throughout my house and replaced 3 GFI outlets that were damaged from the transformer explosion. I feel that my home is SAFE and SECURE once more.
