Mainstream is a great company. My mom lives in Spokane I live in California. I have been completely satisfied with the customer service. I have called them on a number of occasions when my mom had issues. They showed up on time . everyone I have dealt with has been pleasant and knowledgeable. They are not the cheapest company out there, but the service and professionalism is more than worth the price. If you need work done, you can not go wrong with mainstream.

Our toilets were not flushing completely. We called Mainstream. They sent out Aaron Paul to check out our plumbing. Aaron was very professional, polite, on time and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and gave us options for repair that were reasonable. We chose to have Mainstream repair our problem.

Aaron did an excellent job. Really friendly and knowledgeable. He did a drain clean and everything works well. The price was really reasonable. Will definitely call again if needed.

Joseph and hunter were outstanding. They worked to get my kitchen clog fixed as well as found a huge root ball and explained what was happening. They gave me options for next steps and really went beyond a temporary fix for me. They went above and beyond! These guys need a bonus and a huge hug!

Dustin Trudeau, was the plumber who came to our house. He does an amazing job. Our basement flooded and he worked very hard to figure out what the problem was. He not only was welcoming- he was not going to stop until the job was done and our basement stopped the flooding. I can't thank him enough for the work he did. I would definitely call to have him fix another plumbing issue if that happens in the future. Thank you Dustin for going above and beyond.
