I was without heat and Mainstream sent out Adam B. within an hour. He went through all the parts of my furnace and even invited me to watch so he could explain what he was looking at. Turns out I had several components that would soon need replacing, but the main offender was a fried blower motor. Adam worked up a repair estimate with several options. He didn't pressure me, but it was clear to me that the cost of even replacing the blower would not be a wise investment in my old furnace. I opted to have the furnace replaced and I'm really happy with the decision. Jacob B. was out first thing the next morning to remove my old furnace and install the new one he brought. He was courteous and knowledgeable, and did a first class installation. Adam helped with starting the process, and 24 hours later I'm warm again with my new furnace. Thanks Adam B. for being so helpful in explaining my options and to Jacob B. for such a clean and professional installation. And thanks Mainstream for being so prompt at serving my needs.

I enjoyed observing and talking with Doug today, 2/19/26, while he replaced the thermostat, walked me through how to use it and also performed the requested furnace maintenance. I continue to appreciate that the Mainstream team focuses on both quality workmanship and on-site customer relationships.

Annual gas heater inspection. Serviceman was very pleasant, efficient and explained everything very well . Gave me options how to proceed if I was ready, ( my heater is quite old but'still ok.), but wasn't hard sell which I appreciated. He had lots of photos and video . It was part of a service plan so no charge .

We experienced a sewer line leak at our home. Mainstream was responsive to our call arriving less than one hour after initial contact to assess and remedy the problem. Each employee that has been to our home are excellent communicators, explaining in clear terms what is required, what our options are and the timeline to complete the repair. The full repair is pending and I will update once it is completed, however at this time it's appropriate to say I would not hesitate to give a full recommendation to Mainstream. February 17, 2026 Adding praise to our continued experience with Mainstream. This time for a water heater replacement. Steve was first to visit for diagnosis. Today Josh and Alex came with the new water heater for installation. Mainstream is consistent in providing service response times from initial inquiry to service resolution. And they are respectful toward the client and their home. Thanks again Mainstream, Steve, Josh and Alex. You're all appreciated.

Waking up with flooding in our basement was not the highlight of our day, what was though was the 2 experts they sent our way, Austin and Pierce. They communicated very thoroughly and helped solve our problem. Not only were they very professional they were extremely friendly and our kid loved talking to them too! Would highly recommend them and their good work too!

Everyone I had contact with at Mainstream electric was helpful from the receptionist that answered my first call to the technicians who came to my home. The people who came to my house were professional and friendly. The price was far below what I imagined and they were very knowledgeable. This will be the first place I call if I ever need help with plumbing again. I highly recommend them.

Mainstream sent Gabe to service our heat pump and furnace this morning. He did an awesome job and explained every detail he observed, even showing us a series of photos he took. We highly recommend Gabe and Mainstream.

Steven M came to my house the end of January for an estimate on some work. He then asked me if there was anything else. I mentioned a utility sink that I needed fixing. He checked it out and tightened something and it was fixed! No charge! This week I called him back to do some other plumbing work, he did an excellent job fixing another sink and my on-demand water heater. Steven is a very nice and thoughtful guy. Such a polite young man. I would definitely ask for him if I needed any more plumbing work done!

Immediately diagnosed the problem with our toilet and solved it without water spillage cleaning up and Pierce Flem8ng and his assistant were very friendly and nonintrusive as family gathering was underway

Was having issues with a toilet that chose to stop flushing. Pierce and Austin arrived and provided fantastic work. Both were professional, friendly, and completed quality work in a timely manner. I appreciate the help and will be using Mainstream again when needed.

Pierce Fleming and his helper did a great job on Sunday clearing my plugged drain and using the camera to show me what needs to be fixed. Thanks guys. i highly recommend these two workers.
