We bought this house 4 years ago in December. Our home inspector for the buy missed EVERYTHING. I had Cody come out to look at a couple valves that were leaking & not working right. Turns out I had old copper & steel pipes that were galvanizing and asbestos pipe my water was running through. We were being slowly poisoned by our water. I was hesitant to do a big and expensive project because things are tight but everything was done well & they were able to teach me what was going on and why they did what they did. The two plumbers who came out and did the work were just as great. I had a miscommunication about drywall being included, on my end, and Cody was still kind when I became frustrated. Overall we had a fantastic experience and our plumbing is up to code and will last us the next 50 years if we take good care of our home.

Steve was wonderful! Our water heater started leaking in the morning and he was there by 2 PM to fix it. With same day visit we expected an emergency charge but it was all just normal pricing.

I have used Mainstream Electric for a few years now and they never have disappoint. The technicians are always professional and friendly. Not once has anyone of them try to force more services on me that I don't really need. And for that I am truly grateful and would recommend Mainstream to anyone.

We continue to have pretty big plumbing issues with this house we bought. Its a very old house so its to be expected, mainstream has saved us multiple times now. This newest round Tristan and Dylan really put in the work. We had to have main piping replaced which turned into a big task. They kept us up to date and really tried to save what they could of our fence and plants. Great service and communication all the way around. We will continue to use them and recommend them!

I had a challenging sewer repair done at my house. Robert and Tye took it all in stride and did a great job! Thanks to all involved I appreciate the good customer service.

We had a drain issue over the weekend. They were friendly on the phone, communicative through text while we waited for the technician, and Nolan was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job getting our drain flowing again. We will definitely use them again if needed.

Steven came over within a matter of a few hours and fixed my sump pump. He was courteous and explained everything thoroughly without being condescending. Would totally call them again!

We had a sewer drain backup occurring and needed quick help! I was able to make an appt online for the very next day as a non-emergency service. Nolan was our tech and he was very helpful, thoroughly tested/diagnosed our problem, and patiently answered all our questions. This is the second time we have utilized Mainstream for some plumbing issues in our home and both times have been great and reasonably priced. I will be using them again if we have any other plumbing issues.
