Had Anthony come look at our outside unit. He gave us options on what to do to fix our problem. He was never pushing and was very friendly.

We recently purchased a manufactured home with Polybutylene piping, not realizing the potential for failure of this type of plumbing. We decided to replace all of the piping in the house and contacted Mainstream for an estimate. Tracy Morrison came out on Friday and evaluated our plumbing and explained what he could do. Monday he and an assistant arrived and completed the whole job. He also reported indications of water leakage in one area under the trailer and suggested Josh Harty from Restoration check it out. He contacted Josh, who called us shortly after. Josh arrived on Tuesday and determined that there was not an ongoing problem or damage. We appreciate the work Tracy did and would recommend him and Mainstream to friends and family.

Five stars for mainstream plumbing. We called Friday morning after a small leak in the toilet tank that was found at about 3 AM. Steven McGloflin, the first plumber, showed up and not only was he extremely knowledgeable in his trade as he is a fantastic representative of the company. Also would like to give kudos to Steve, who was the 2nd plumber that assisted And he too should get five stars. We got lucky with this small leak, lead us to see that our plumbing in this 1978 house, was starting to break down. He went in the crawlspace and chipped all of our faucets in and out, and the water heater. They even installed safety bars in the bathroom for us. We are so thankful that we called them, as we have done in the past. This time they really saved our bacon. 💯💯 Give those boys a raise. Thank you for being there when we needed you. Jaymin Johnson cleared my clogged kitchen drain for me. He was quite professional and very friendly! He responded the same day I called for help. WOW!!

We had a burst pipe in our main waterline in January, shorting out the hot water heater and spewing about 6,000 gallons of water before we could get it shut off. Mainstream came, cleaned up the damage, and replaced our hot water heater. They worked with our insurance company on the claim and made it a seamless process. So this summer when we decided to replace our toilets with higher, long-bowl ones and install a descaler for our whole house, we chose Mainstream. We have found their techs to be knowledgeable, personable and a pleasure to work with. We can highly recommend them!

Tech Anthony was absolutely great! He made me feel comfortable, he explained everything and was never condescending. He taught me how to care for my AC unit and pointed out ways we can prevent future issues. He seems to enjoy his job and what he does and that showed through. He was so kind and contentious of pricing and informed me every step of the way. I will ask for him again if we ever need help with our units again.
