My main drain was clogged and pierce was able to get it unclogged in a very timely manner. He was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I’ve had several different companies do a main drain service and none of them have been as affordable as mainstream, and no technician as good as pierce was. Will definitely be using their services in the future!

They get service out very quickly. Most recently, my garbage disposal began leaking. They were going to get someone to me on Sunday, but they got held up. They came Monday morning. Very polite. And I had a $50 off coupon! For something you want fixed right away and don't want to mess with doing it yourself, they are great!

Hands down, five stars. AC stopped working over the hot weekend. Got me scheduled for first thing Monday morning. Ended up being faulty wiring to the thermostat. Did it cost a bit? Sure. But what doesn't these days? AC was back up and running by noon. Super friendly people. Thank you so very much! I will be using this company from now on!

Pierce from Mainstream came out to clean the main line for our house. He was on time and professional. He did a great job explaining the steps, the costs and what to expect. He worked quickly and cleaned up after himself. I definitely would recommend Mainstream for drain cleaning to anyone.

Pierce was very fast, professional, and friendly. He explained everything clearly and was courteous the entire visit.

We noticed a small water leak by our washing machine. I checked out the hoses and drain and everything looked okay, went under house and noticed a couple small puddles under the laundry roomed, called Mainstream, 5th time they've done work for us. Steve came out on Monday, checked everything out completely, gave us 4 options to fix, we discussed and setup fix for Tuesday morning. Robert showed up on time, we reviewed everything together, let him go to work. Took until 6pm as job was pretty detailed and sometimes not sure what going to happen until you get into it, great communication, super friendly and knowledgeable, just a great experience, aside from paying the bill. We use Mainstream whenever a need arises and will continue to do so. Thanks everyone

I also love that this is a 24 hr company, I was able to call to get the service scheduled at almost 1AM and got on the books for the same day. Excellent service from start to finish. Zach came from Mainstream and helped fix my heater! He was kind, professional and very knowledgeable! I can't recommend this company enough! Bought the yearly service plan again. Definitely worth the money. Cody was very professional and kind. Said hi to my little girl and wished her a happy birthday (it was her birthday) then showed me how to re-light my hot water tank. I ended up getting their yearly service plan is it was only $20 more than what I had to pay to be showed how to start it. Would recommend. Pierce came and unclogged my bathtub also getting back a very special irreplaceable ring I had lost. Very kind and professional. Gave great advice and did the most fantastic job within 10 mins! Sam Rodriguez came same day and replaced our water heater. He communicated what he suspected and his recommendations clearly, he was respectful of our home, efficient with him time and even cleaned corners of our laundry room that had been hidden from the light of day for a while! We love that Mainstream doesn't charge extra for weekend service as our water heater broke late Friday night! Lots of affordable options clearly laid out so we could find the best option for our family's needs and budget. Highly recommend Mainstream and Sam in particular. If 10 stars were an option we'd gladly choose that option!

We called Mainstream Electric for a plumbing issue with our downstairs toilet since we’ve used them before for Heating and A/C. We were extremely happy with Tracy, an experienced plumber of 19 years, who was knowledgeable, friendly, and who gave us different quote options to fix our problem. After dealing with unexpected issues during the repair, we were thrilled with the result! We would request Tracy again in a heartbeat for any future needs.
