There are enough words in the English language to explain how thrilled I am with Mainstream, and in particular Taylor who came out and did our plumbing. It started with a very friendly call to confirm an appointment ( I had scheduled online), and then Taylor going over everything that could cause a potential problem in our aging home. Mainstream offers a maintenance program, and I jumped on that benefit for sure! Taylor and his apprentice were very courteous and left the job site pristine. Will highly recommend to anyone looking for a plumber!

Pierce did a phenomenal job at unclogging my drain via water jetting. He was incredibly professional and got it done in a timely manner!

We had Joe come out to our place in Otis Orchards. Right away, we knew he was a sharp knowledgable tech. As well as honest in his assesment of our hvac. Highly recommend Joe from Mainstream for future hvac needs!

Fast, clean & friendly

Had the whole house rewired, new lightning, switches, receptacles. Brandon Did an amazing job. He asked us what we wanted, followed through and was very dependable. We are very pleased with it.

Steven McGloflin from Mainstream Electric deserves ALL the good reviews! He came out on a Saturday to fix my sump pump and was efficient, clean, polite, and great at explaining what went wrong and how he fixed it. The best (worst?) part? He discovered the remains of a squirrel in my sump bucket and fished it out like a total champ. Barf!!! So glad that was found before it turned into something even nastier. As he was wrapping up the sump pump job, Steven noticed my water heater was leaking pretty bad. Instead of leaving me to stress about it, he came back today (Tuesday) and replaced that old, calcium‑filled monster of a tank with speed and professionalism. Steven turned two messy, overwhelming situations into smooth fixes. He’s polite, efficient, and honestly just a lifesaver. Thank you, Steven — you made what could’ve been a nightmare totally bearable!

I've been relying on Mainstream for a number of years. Today's repair went well. Pipes got a thorough inspection, and tub fixture was replaced, stopping any future loss of water. ...Good for both me and the environment.
