We’ve had this 70 year old house for almost a decade, and as such we’ve had many contractors, repair techs and installers pay us visits. I’d be hard pressed to think of any that were better representatives of their companies than Pierce. At one point he said “I love working for Mainstream”. That is a sign of a well run company, and that in turn translates into a tech who’s going to do a good job.

The buyers of our home wanted a drip pan under the water heater Mainstream had installed because the inspector had said it needed one. The manger offered and wrote a letter stating that was not needed by code and really serves no purpose, The buyers insisted so the Mainstream technician came and installed the drip pan. They were friendly, prompt, professional, clean and neat. We appreciate their quality service!

Just recently moved into my house and after a powder outage our AC stopped running. Whole time we thought it had to do with our touchscreen thermostat not making a connection. After troubleshooting, gave up and called the professionals. They got me in the same day I called. Joseph came out and did a thorough diagnostic to find out it was a bad fuse outside in the unit itself. Educated me on a few things as well, (this is my first home purchase) Thanks Mainstream!
