Steven McGloflin was very professional, and a pleasure working with him, he not only replaced my gas line, but replaced my toilet as well, spent several hours here, going up underneath the house and took care of the issue….he was very knowledgeable and personable and a joy to work with, if you have a plumbing problem, he’s definitely your man!

I called Mainstream for a plumbing issue in the basement. I thought the sump pump or something had been needing looked at. Little to my knowledge and all of Jaymin Johnson's, I was told about a broken pipe in the house that was actually leaking and causing serious damage by the minute. Jaymin was able to do research, and find out when we had previous work done, what all was in place currently and what was going to bring us up to code and in safe working order. His skills and transparency assured us what steps we needed to take next, and that Mainstream was definitely the best option for the work. We felt taken care of, and in good hands. Thank you for helping us with our problem, firstly. But second, thank you for making our family feel better knowing it was all going to be taken care of as soon as possible. We felt like we mattered, it felt like they cared. Genuinely. Thank you Jaymin, and thank you Mainstream for adding him to the cloth you have woven.

He was very thorough, took the time to find the problem, worked on it and made sure the drain was working optimally. He answered all questions followed with top class recommendations where necessary. Sam was very friendly, very thorough and did a wonderful job. The price wasn't bad and the service was great. Our service wasn't listed, we had our hot tub completely disconnected.

I was able to get service the day after calling. Nolan was on time and thoroughly explained my plumbing problem. He tried fixing my slow-draining bathtub and discovered the pipe is corroded, which is blocking the drain, and leaking under the tub in the basement ceiling. He showed me the leak, answered all of my questions, and explained the fix needed, which was much more extensive than an unclogging. He took several photos and arranged for someone to come out the same day to give me an estimate on the repair.

Jack was a pleasure to work with. Very accommodating to our circumstances and knowledgeable. The issue was resolved and we will use Jack with Mainstream again later this week for water heater replacement. Would highly recommend Jack!
