We had another great experience with the Mainstream Team today! First with Joe coming out and providing us with thorough check on our HVAC System and Heat Pump. Then we had Pierce do an outstanding job with clearing several drains and checking our main drain line. Our day finished with the always Timely and Tenacious Taylor … installing a new Kitchen faucet for us. Taylor always gets the job done with a friendly focus and we appreciate his willingness to answer any questions we have about the work and for future projects! All three team members delivered with great customer service and communication before, during, and after they completed the work. Austin addressed our plumbing and septic issues with patients and thoroughness. The rental has some quirks and he was able to root cause the issue. He was very professional and helpful in navigating the conversation needed to complete the work. Thank you and great job!
