My kitchen sink would not drain or if it did it was very very slow. Ricky came out and got it fixed in a reasonably time frame. Price was good. I’ve had other issues that Mainstream has fixed so I did go ahead and buy into the Care Club.

Samuel was very professional and helpful. Let me watch everything and answered all my questions. Got me back up and running and told me what had happened and gave me several options for the future of my home. 5 stars!

They came the day after I called. They diagnosed my problems and everything is working fine now.

Cody did a wonderful job of diagnosing a problem with my on-demand water heater, presented 5 options for resolution and let me choose the best option without pressure. I chose to replace the unit. He scheduled an installation at my convenience and sent two wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient installers, Josh and Jacob. The area was clean and the new unit worked perfectly upon completion. I would highly recommend Mainstream.

I've used Mainstream for years and participate their maintenance program. Part of that program includes a water heater flush which they performed while there. My tech Steven was very helpful. He informed me that the expansion tank on the water heater had failed, needed replacing and that it was improperly installed. He replaced it and installed it correctly so I wouldn't have any future problems. I'm happy with the work done.

Have been working with Mainstream for a few years and recently had an inspection for service update to my HAVC system, the team at Mainstream were polite, conscientious and professional. I just completed an inspection of my water/sewer system as part of my annual maintenance contract and Pierce Fleming, Drain Specialist was extremely personable and took time to discuss what I should expect from my visit, including what was (free) or part of the inspection as a solution. I found this time well spent and would strongly recommend any homeowner to find an HVAC company they trust and sign up for an annual maintenance contract. And perhaps they'll choose Mainstream, I did and I am very glad I did!!!
