- Day 1 — Remove old equipment, set new indoor and outdoor units, run line set, electrical, condensate, and start-up
- Day 2 (if needed) — Duct modifications, thermostat reprogramming, final commissioning
- Same-day completion for like-for-like swaps in most homes
