Aeroseal duct sealing is a patented process that seals duct leaks from the inside by injecting a controlled aerosol of polymer particles into a pressurized duct system. The particles travel toward the leaks, accumulate at the openings, and bond together to form a tough, permanent seal — without requiring access to every duct.
How it works
- Registers are sealed off and the duct system is pressurized
- Atomized polymer sealant is injected into the ducts
- Particles accumulate at every leak point
- The polymer bonds and seals leaks up to 5/8″ wide
- Before/after leakage measurements are documented
Aeroseal seals leaks you’d never reach manually — behind walls, in chases, between floors. See our Aeroseal duct sealing service, paired with duct inspection to identify which homes will benefit most.
