Same-Day Service
Most service calls handled same-day across Spokane and Coeur d'Alene.
Outlets & Switches
Adding an outlet, replacing a worn switch, upgrading to smart dimmers, or bringing kitchens and bathrooms up to GFCI code — these are the small jobs that should never be hourly billing. We quote flat-rate, install code-compliant, and back it with a written warranty.
Residential and commercial work in Washington and Idaho. Standard outlets, GFCIs, AFCIs, USB outlets, smart outlets, dimmer switches, three- and four-way switches — all stocked on every truck.
When to Call
Most of these are 30–60 minute fixes — and serious safety hazards if ignored.
Plugs falling out or wiggling means worn contacts — replace the outlet.
Stop using it and call. Hot outlets are a real fire risk.
Tripped GFCI, broken wire, or failed outlet — diagnose in one visit.
Older homes need GFCI protection added to two-prong outlets per modern code.
Required by code in wet areas and around water — easy upgrade.
Worn or damaged contacts — replace immediately to prevent fire risk.
What We Install
Standard residential, code-required GFCI/AFCI, and smart-home compatible — all in one trip.

Ground-fault circuit interrupter — detects an imbalance in the circuit (typically water contact) and cuts power within milliseconds to prevent shock. Required by code in kitchens, baths, garages, basements, outdoor outlets, and within 6 feet of any sink or water source.
Arc-fault circuit interrupter — detects dangerous arcing (a leading cause of electrical fires) and cuts power. Required in bedrooms and most living-area circuits in new construction and most remodels per current NEC code.
Yes — usually. We work from the attic, basement, or crawl space to fish new circuits to where you need them. Some installs require minimal drywall opening; others can be done with no drywall damage at all. We assess and quote up front.
Most modern smart switches and dimmers require a neutral wire at the switch box. Older homes (pre-1985) often don’t have neutrals at switch locations. We have workarounds for no-neutral installs, but most jobs are easier when neutrals are present.
Yes. Commercial-grade outlets, switches, and motion sensors for restaurants, offices, and retail in both Washington and Idaho. After-hours scheduling available.
Every install includes a 1-year Mainstream labor warranty plus the manufacturer warranty on parts (typically 1–5 years).
