Below-freezing weather + a dead furnace = pipe-freeze risk. Same-day or sooner.
Leave the house, call your gas utility, then call us. Do not turn anything on or off.
Get everyone outside. We respond same-day for combustion-safety emergencies.
Could be wiring, motor windings, or accumulated dust — any of which can be a fire risk.
Active leaks risk floor damage and complete boiler shutdown. Shut off, then call.

No-heat in cold weather, gas smells, CO-detector alarms, active leaks, burning smells, and any combustion-safety concern. If you’re not sure, call us — we’ll ask a few questions and tell you whether it’s a same-day or wait-until-morning issue.
We get parts from the manufacturer’s nearest distributor — typically same-day or next-morning. If a critical repair has to wait for a part, we offer space heaters and prioritize getting you reconnected as soon as the part arrives.
