Emergency Plumbing

When the water's running, we're already on the way.

A burst pipe at 2am isn’t a normal service call. You need a real person to answer the phone, a licensed plumber who’s actually on call, and a fix that doesn’t require waiting until business hours. That’s what we do.

We charge the same flat rate at 2am Sunday as we do at 2pm Tuesday. Our trucks are stocked with the parts that account for 90% of after-hours plumbing failures. And we’ll give you a real ETA — not an open-ended window.

  • Priority dispatch Active leaks, no water, and sewer backups move to the front of the queue, 24/7.
  • No surcharge Same flat rate at 2am Sunday as at 2pm Tuesday.
  • Stocked trucks Pipe, fittings, water heater parts, and shut-off valves on board.
  • Real ETA Live tech tracking — you know exactly when help arrives.

When to Call Now

Plumbing emergencies — call immediately

Some plumbing problems can wait until morning. These cannot. Call now if you see any of these:

  • Burst pipe

Shut off the main water valve first, then call. Every minute of running water is more damage.

  • Water heater leaking

Shut off the cold water supply on the heater, then call. A failed tank can dump 40+ gallons in minutes.

  • Sewer backup indoors

Toilets or floor drains overflowing means the main line is blocked. Same-day or sooner.

  • Gas leak

Leave the house, call the gas utility, then call us. Do not turn anything on or off.

  • Frozen or burst pipe in a freeze

Cold-snap emergencies get priority dispatch — we thaw, inspect, and repair on the same visit.

  • No water in the whole house

Frozen main, ruptured supply, or municipal issue — diagnosed in one visit.

What We Fix After Hours

Most emergencies in one visit

Our trucks are stocked specifically for after-hours plumbing failures — the components that account for 90% of emergency calls.

  • Burst pipe repair Copper, PEX, PVC, and galvanized — sectioned and repaired or replaced same-visit.
  • Water heater failure Tank leak emergency containment, gas-valve replacement, or full same-day swap.
  • Sewer backup Main line cabling or hydrojetting on the spot — plus camera inspection for follow-up.
  • Frozen pipes Safe thawing equipment and post-thaw pressure testing.
  • Overflowing toilet Auger from the bowl or pull and reset — and identify why it backed up.
  • No water in the house Locate the failure point, restore flow, and repair the underlying issue.
  • Failed shutoff valves Replace stuck or broken angle stops, ball valves, and gate valves on the spot.
  • Gas leak response Coordinate with utility, then locate, repair, and pressure-test the gas line.

Emergency Plumbing — Frequently Asked Questions

Do you really answer at 2am?

Yes. A real dispatcher — not an automated system or callback service — answers every call, 24/7/365. They confirm your address, the symptoms, and dispatch the closest qualified plumber with a real ETA.

Is there an after-hours surcharge?

No. Our flat-rate pricing is the same at 2am Sunday as at 2pm Tuesday. The diagnostic fee, labor rate, and parts pricing don’t change for after-hours calls.

How fast can someone get to me?

For most emergency calls in Spokane and Coeur d’Alene, our typical ETA is 30–90 minutes. We always give you a real ETA when we dispatch — and we’ll text you when the tech is on the way with a live tracking link.

What should I do while I wait?

If water is running: find the main water shutoff (usually in the basement, crawl, or near the water heater) and turn it off. If a water heater is leaking: shut off the cold supply on top of the heater. If gas: leave the house and call the utility. We’ll walk you through it on the phone if needed.

What if I need a part you don't carry?

We get parts from local distributors — typically same-day or next-morning. If a critical repair has to wait for a part, we’ll make the system safe (temporary shutoff or bypass) and prioritize the return trip.

Care Club emergency benefits?

Care Club members skip the dispatch queue, get $0 diagnostics on emergency visits, and 15% off any repair work. For most members, a single after-hours emergency visit pays back the membership cost.
